Pets:

No pets. A RM250.00 cleaning fee will be imposed and guest must remove pet from property immediately.

Room Servicing and Laundry Facilities:

Limited Housekeeping Services is provided.

Daily only trash and towel service (towel exchange is done on a towel for towel basis) a full cleaning (change linens / make bed, etc.) will be provided on the 3rd full day of your stay.

Common Area regulations:

Quiet hours are between 10.00pm and 08.00am.

No smoking.

Guest Belongings:

Guests must take good of their own belongings. The Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

Lost & Found:

The Management has the right to dispose any lost and found items which are not claimed within 30 days by the original guest.

Maintaining Facade:

No hanging of clothes or other articles outside the windows is allowed.

Visitors:

No visitors are allowed on the Hotel premises after 11.00pm.

Toilet Usage:

No solid material should be disposed into the water closet and toilet bowl.

Room’s Regulations:

All electric appliances should be switched off and the windows should be closed when guests go out. No prohibited articles, flammable articles or commercial goods are allowed to be stored inside the room.

In case of violation of the above regulations or any misconduct deemed to cause others inconvenience or discomfort, the Management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
